  I had an agreement on through national grid it was over so instead of just sending me a letter telling me I had to pay the balance this law firm (and I use the term loosely) enforced a court order for seizure that was nearly a year old and I was served a 7 day notice I spoke with Brittany that Thursday and went to my local check cashing (an authorized payment center) and paid the 1,767.36 on Sunday so Monday I called to give my reference number as proof of payment and they would not accept it! They said I didn't go to a Payment center and instructed me to call the attorneys this attorney and Brittany was very nice as usual but she couldn't help me so she put dawn on this sorry excuse for a human being literally mimicked me as I was speaking and kept saying no you didn't pay we're coming to take you meter and she hung up! I called back 7 times and she picked up once to mock and mimic me again then just kept picking up and hanging up in my face outright refusing to put an attorney on the phone well guess what I recorded it ALL and I will not only obtain an email address for the actual attorney in charge of the firm but I will also be forwarding them to the proper personnel at national grid and when I'm done doing that I will release them on social media let's see how arrogant and abusive she is after that shall we? I will also enclose my payment receipt because I most certainly did pay my balance. National grid needs to seek new legal representation there's no reason for the abuse and underhanded nonsense not everyone is trying to evade their responsibilities and not everyone should be treated as if they are! Dawn I'm coming for your job and I will not stop until you're standing in an unemployment line with all the people you abused

  There are 2 females there named Denny and Brittany, that went and treated me with respect and listened to my situation. They could only go so far then they had to go to the supervisor named Dawn she was absolutely horrible nasty offered no help would not even listen to anything that I had to say. Now I know people who are going to read this have been in financial problems, everyone goes through it but when a person who is trying to work everything out and fix the problem that has happened that yes was created by themselves yes but life happens I just landed a great job finally started working 3 weeks ago and am on probation for 90 days and my schedule does not coincide with the office in brooklyn schedule there has to be a middle ground especially since I would be making 3 large payments to come to date and to be treated like garbage is absolutely disgusting and from a supervisor is worse from 2 woman that treated you with respect and then have to be treated like garbage from there supervisor is horrible and they should at least take into consideration that things out of a person's control happens all the time and to everyone people with money and without money every single day no one should be treated the way I was treated! Again Dawn the supervisor maybe you should change your profession because when you work with a law firm your supposed to treat people with respect where your on the debt collecting end or your hired as a personal attorney either way you should be treated with respect! !!
