- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I originally worked with Esslie & Frenia on a rental property purchase in Greene County. I live in California, so having a local attorney was a necessity. Mike Esslie was highly recommended by my experienced realtor who does all her real estate title work with him. I found him to be very professional and helpful, his fees were reasonable and I always felt that he gave me more than he charged me for. The work was done quickly, he followed up on all the details and solved a few sticky problems to make sure we closed on time. Recently I worked with Mike on a difficult tenant issue and he provided excellent guidance and advice despite the fact he was leaving on vacation the next day. He even emailed me from his vacation spot to follow up. Now that's service! Esslie & Frenia is my go-to firm for any of my legal needs in Greene County.By Jennifer Joslin, August 04, 2017
